At MDNGHTSUMMRS.com, we stand behind the quality and uniqueness of our products. Due to the nature of our items and our made-to-order and/or limited-release production process, all purchases made through MDNGHTSUMMRS.com are final sale.

We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

  • Change of mind

  • Ordering the wrong item, size, or quantity

  • Shipping delays or lost/damaged packages after dispatch

  • Inaccurate shipping address entered at checkout

  • Dissatisfaction with the product upon receipt

  • Gift purchases

Order Accuracy

 

Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase. It is your responsibility to ensure all information, including shipping address, contact information, item selection, and payment details, is accurate and correct at the time of checkout.

Once your order has been placed, we are unable to modify, cancel, or alter it in any way.

Damaged or Defective Items

 

While we do not accept returns or exchanges, if you believe you have received a product that is defective or damaged upon arrival, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos showing the issue

  • A brief description of the problem

We will assess the situation on a case-by-case basis. If it is determined that the item was defective prior to shipment, we may offer a one-time replacement or store credit at our sole discretion. Claims submitted after the 48-hour window may not be honored.

Shipping Responsibility

 

Once an order leaves our facility or our manufacturer's facility and is handed over to the shipping carrier, MDNGHTSUMMRS.com is no longer responsible for its handling, including loss, theft, delays, or damage during transit. These issues must be addressed directly with the shipping provider.

Customs, Duties & International Orders

 

International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or local taxes charged by their country. These charges are not refundable, and do not qualify as a basis for returns or order cancellation.
